“I started in assembly, learning how to mount and test watertight doors. Later, I was given the chance to travel around the world installing our products. Today, I work as a technical coordinator. IMS has given me room to develop and trusted me with responsibility.” says Ronny, Field Technical Coordinator.

“I am giving the opportunity to work in different parts of the company to learn more, including how to connect boxes to electric doors and electrical cabinets.”, says Ellevine, Machinist.

“I feel that I contribute to meaningful work in production, as watertight doors are an important part of the vessel and can potentially save lives,” explains Arian, Production worker/Welder.
